The University Hospital (the largest hospital of The University Health System) is a large diagnostic and treatment center located at the South Texas Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Located adjacent to the UTHSCSA campus, it is where some imaging students have done some research, and some Radiology faculty hold appointments.

This is the primary teaching hospital of the university, and is physically connected to the Medical School. It is also where the Radiology residents work, among them the MD-PHD students of the program.
