The Greehey Children's Cancer Research Institute (sometimes called CCRI) is a imaging research center located at the South Texas Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Located on the north UTHSCSA campus, it is where some imaging students have done some research, and some UTHSCSA faculty hold appointments.
